You will receive an email confirmation from BYMEL once your refund or store credit has been processed.
To track your return back to our office, notate the tracking number on the label and enter it in the USPS tracking page: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input
- Does BYMEL offer a warranty or repairs?
As we don't offer warranties, we will facilitate repairs on fine jewelry within a year of purchase.
Returns initiated within 14 days after delivery are eligible for a refund.
- What if I’m past the 14-day refund policy?
Returns initiated after 14 days and within 90 days are eligible for store credit.
- When will I receive my refund?
Returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days after being received to our HQ in Beverly Hills, CA.
- Will my shipping be refunded?
We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable unless the return was a result of our error.
We offer size exchanges for the same product within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges are not guaranteed until you send back your items. If the item sells out before you complete your exchange you will be notified and refunded for the original purchase.
If you do not see the size you want you are eligible for a refund or store credit to purchase at your convenience.
